Q: How can I calculate my shipping costs?

Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Weekends or any other official holidays are excluded. Orders received late on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday.
Q: Is express delivery available (next day, 2nd day, etc.)?
A: No. All orders are shipped via UPS ® Ground or USPS Priority. Nature's Liquids has two fulfillment centers spread across the country to help with faster delivery times (California and Maryland).
Q: Do you charge extra for handling and processing?
A: No. We do not have any handling, processing, or hidden fees of any kind.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship to any valid physical address in the USA. We do not ship to post office boxes nor do we ship internationally.
Q: Is my purchase covered against shipping damages or loss?
A: Yes. All of your orders are insured for their full purchase price. If you discover your order has been damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
Q: How important is it to use a valid email address at the time of ordering?
A: It is very important... without a valid email address you will not receive important notifications, including any receipt and order tracking emails.
Q: I am afraid if I use my email address you will send me spam or sell my email address to another company.
A: We will never sell or share your information with any third party or company. We strictly adhere to a no-spam policy and take your privacy very seriously.
Q: How do I know that my order has successfully been placed?
A: Your order is first confirmed in real-time when you complete the ordering process; followed by a receipt that is instantly emailed to you.
Q: Can I check my order status and track my orders online?
A: Yes. You have full access to all your information online anytime. Simply click the 'My Account' link at the top of this page to login to your account.
Q: How I can track my package: We-Paks (3 Bottles) and Premier Paks (12 Bottles)?
A: Once an order is shipped, an email will be sent to you containing your order's tracking information. You may also view your order history, order tracking, and other account information online anytime (simply click the 'My Account' link at the top of this page to login to your account).
Q: When I try to track my package, the UPS ®website says "Billing information received." Why can't I see the full tracking information?
A: The UPS ® system may take up to 6-8 hours to update after your order has shipped. Please re-check your tracking information after 8 hours.
Q: How I can track my package: i-Pak (Single Bottle)?
A: USPS Priority can take 1-7 calendar days to arrive. If you have not received your order within a week, contact us and we will initiate a trace and replacement. Please first confirm your order has processed successfully. Click the 'My Account' link at the top of this page to login to your account. Shipping Status should read "Order Shipped"
