How much of the Superfruits GT should I take per day?
The recommended amount is 1-4 ounces a day. Please be aware that imperfect eating habits, high stress levels, heredity, lack of exercise, and certain lifestyle choices (i.e. smoking, drinking alcohol, caffeine consumption, etc.) will decrease you body's natural antioxidant levels. Therefore, you may require a high amount of Superfruits GT to compensate. Please consult your health care professional for additional direction.
How long is the shelf life of Superfruits GT?
Opened bottles should be consumed within 60 days. Superfruits GT has a recommended unopened shelf life of 2 years.
